Frequently Asked Questions
How many Gifts can I order?
The number and value of gifts you are eligible to collect depends on how many XReward Point you have accumulated in a calendar month as an active member of OfferX. This determines the type of gifts you may order, as follows:
Silver Members* (1000-4999 points): You may collect 1 gift per month, from any of the nine Silver gifts available.
Gold Members* (5000-9999 points): You may collect 1 gift per month from the nine special Gold range; plus an additional gift per month from the nine Silver range (that's up to 2 gifts a month in total).
Platinum Members* (10000+ points): You may collect one special gift from the Platinum range per month; plus 1 gift from the special Gold range plus 1 gift from the Silver range (that's up to 3 gifts in total).
Please note that your points must be used in the calendar month in which they were earned so make sure you claim your gift before the end of the month.
*Limited stock: All gifts are limited number of stock, and are delivered on a first come first served basis if any stock becomes unavailable, you will not be able to collect within that section. If you try to order a gift that is no longer available the following message will appear "WE'RE SORRY YOU MISSED OUT ON THIS LIMITED STOCK GIFT OFFER. PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER GIFT!"
How do I access Gold or Platinum Member Status?
The more quizzes you play the more points you will accumulate, Silver status is 1000 points, Gold status is 5000 points, Platinum status is 10000 points.
What do I do if I have a problem with a product?
Please use the contact details listed above. If your problems are software-related, please have your PC specifications to hand when you call us.
How are the products delivered?
Normally, the software, music CDs, and DVDs are packaged in plastic jewel cases or slip cases so they can be posted through your mailbox, avoiding the need for you to stay in for special deliveries. For larger-sized and higher-value products special delivery may be required.
What happens if I don't receive the order within 14 working days?
In the unlikely event that the product has not been delivered within 14 working days, please contact us on 08700 240 650 between 9.30am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. You will be asked to confirm non-delivery (in writing) and then your gift will be re-delivered to you by recorded mail.
Cooling-off period:
You have the right to change your mind about your gift order during a period of seven working days starting from the day after the day you receive your gift. When this happens, you will be required to return the gift at your own expense to OfferX Rewards, Unit D1, Third Avenue, Centrum 100 Business Park, Burton on Trent, Staffordshire DE14 2WD. You will receive a refund of the full cost of any applicable shipping and handling fee for that specific Gift.
