Softpoint's Privacy Statement
Softpoint will treat each order for Gifts as an offer by you to receive the Gifts subject to the following terms and conditions:
a. Gifts can only be delivered to UK mainland and Northern Ireland addresses.
b. Gifts can be ordered on the Site via a secure online payment processing centre.
c. The Gifts will be packed inside the packaging provided by the original manufacturer or publisher - generally plastic/paper wallets in the case of media. Images are shown for illustration purposes only so Gift packaging may differ from images shown.
d. All product specifications are correct at the time of publishing.
e. Softpoint Returns & Cancellation Policy
Items returned within any statutory cooling off period.
Customers located in the UK have the right to withdraw from the order of a Gift within seven working days of the day after the date the Gift is delivered. Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, you are required to return the unwanted Gift(s) at your own expense to OfferX Rewards, Unit D1, Third Avenue, Centrum 100 Business Park, Burton on Trent, Staffordshire DE14 2WD.
Softpoint will refund the full cost of any applicable shipping and handling
fee for that specific Gift.
Softpoint will endeavour to deliver Gifts within 14 days of the order being placed and payment for any applicable shipping and handling fees received. Please note that some Gifts are subject to availability and delay in delivery of Gifts is sometimes outside of Softpoint's control. Softpoint will notify you immediately if there is a delay and arrange with you an alternative time for delivery. If neither party can agree on an alternative date for delivery, you will be offered refund of any shipping and handlingfee paid for the Gifts. Softpoint shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivery of the Gifts.
f. Payment of any applicable shipping and handling fee must be made by MasterCard, VISA or American Express at the time of ordering the Gift
g. The Gifts ordered through the Site are for your direct use and not for resale.
h. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please contact us within 3 days of receipt if any Gift arrives in a damaged condition so that either an exchange can be arranged or, alternatively, Softpoint can arrange for a refund of the shipping and handling fee.
i. NON-RECEIPT OFGIFTS: If you do not receive your Gifts, Softpoint will re-issue your Gifts once we have received written confirmation from you of non-receipt together with full details of your address to allow us to check the data on our system.
j. The Gifts remain the property of Softpoint until any applicable shipping and handling fee has been paid.
k. If you order software from us, a licence to use the software is supplied with the Gift by the publisher of the software. You are required to comply with the terms of the software licence as well as the terms and conditions set out herein.

OfferX Rewards Terms and Conditions »1. This offer is only open to qualifying OfferX site members who are UK residents and age 18 or over, and is not available to employees of OfferX Limited , Softpoint Multimedia Ltd ("Softpoint"), or agencies appointed by OfferX and their immediate families.
2. The offer starts 1st July 2007, the ("Offer Period").
3. This offer entitles you to order gifts ("Gifts") from the OfferX Rewards web site (the "Site") for the Offer Period.
4. The Gifts are offered in a number of member sections based on the level of participation you have with OfferX.
5. You will be charged a shipping & handling fee of £2.99 per Gift for any Gifts ordered by you from the Site unless otherwise stated.
6. Softpoint will manage the Site, and will be responsible for all aspects of your order and the delivery of your Gift(s) on behalf of OfferX.
7. If you are a Silver member you are entitled to redeem one gift per month from any of the nine gifts available in the Silver range in any calendar months in which you qualify as a Silver member. You will be required to pay a shipping and handling fee of £2.99 for each Gift you order.
8. If you are Gold member you are entitled to order one Gold Gift per month from the nine special Gold range; plus one gift per month from the nine Silver range in any calendar month in which you qualify as a Gold member. You will be required to pay a shipping and handling fee of £2.99 for each Gift you order.
9. If you are a Platinum member, you are entitled to order one Platinum Gift per month from the nine special Platinum range; plus one gift per month from the nine special Gold range; plus one gift per month from the Silver range in any calendar month in which you qualify as a Platinum member. You will be required to pay a shipping and handling fee of £2.99 for each Gift you order.
10. Qualification as a Silver member, Gold member or Platinum member in only valid to the end of the calendar month in which qualification was gained. At the end of each calendar month each users XReward Points and membership status is reset. Gifts must be claimed during the period of qualification, i.e. before the end of the calendar month.
11. Neither the Promoter, Softpoint nor its Agents or distributors shall be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in receiving the Gifts or by any such use of the Gifts, save in respect of death or personal injury arising from any of these parties' negligence or liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.
12. All warranties in relation to the Gifts are as provided by the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturers' terms and conditions.
13. Neither the Promoter, nor its agents or distributors can accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged Gifts and reserves the right to withdraw the Offer or amend any details of the offer. Should this occur, the Promoter will contact you via e-mail to your original master screen name to inform you of such changes. In the event that the Gifts you have selected become unavailable, you will be asked to select one of the alternative Gifts from the Silver range or the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a Gift of similar or equivalent value.
14. There is no cash alternative to this offer.
15. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, OfferX reserves the right to withdraw or substitute this Offer at any time.
16. These terms and conditions are subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
